欢迎使用「呼吸番茄」（以下简称“本应用”）。我们重视您的隐私。 本应用以本地使用和 iCloud 同步为主，原则上不建立用户账号，不主动收集可用于识别您身份的信息， 也不出售您的个人数据。
1. 本应用保存的信息
本应用主要保存您在使用过程中主动产生的数据，用于在本机展示记录、统计和同步到您自己的设备。 这些数据可能包括：
- 专注记录，例如专注时长、开始时间、结束时间、完成次数等。
- 呼吸练习记录，例如呼吸节奏、练习时长、循环次数等。
- 待办与专注任务，例如任务标题、备注、分类、预计时长、完成状态等。
- 您主动输入的灵感、备注或记录内容。
- 应用设置，例如主题、强调色、默认呼吸模式、声音、震动、通知、语言设置等。
- 个人资料，例如您设置的头像和昵称。
- 在您授权后读取的健康相关数据，例如心率。
2. HealthKit 与健康数据
如果您授权本应用访问 Apple Health / HealthKit，本应用可能会读取心率等健康数据， 用于在呼吸练习、专注过程、Apple Watch 联动或统计页面中提供个人状态反馈。
健康数据仅用于本应用内的功能展示、练习记录、个人统计和状态反馈。 我们不会出售健康数据，不会将健康数据用于广告投放，也不会在未经您同意的情况下与第三方共享健康数据。
您可以随时在 iOS 系统的“健康”或“设置”中关闭本应用对健康数据的访问权限。
3. Apple Watch 联动
当您在 Apple Watch 上使用呼吸或专注功能时，相关练习记录可能会同步到 iPhone， 以便在手机端查看统计、趋势和历史记录。
Apple Watch 与 iPhone 之间的数据传输通过 Apple 提供的系统能力完成。 本应用不会将这些数据主动发送给第三方广告平台。
4. iCloud 同步
为了减少更换设备、卸载应用或同时使用 iPhone、Mac、Apple Watch 时的数据丢失风险， 本应用可能通过您的 Apple ID 使用 iCloud 同步部分数据。
可能同步的数据包括：
- 专注任务和待办数据。
- 专注记录、呼吸记录、睡眠或放松记录。
- 用户设置、头像、昵称。
- 应用内备份数据。
iCloud 数据由 Apple 的 iCloud 服务处理和保护。本应用无法访问您的 Apple ID 密码。 您可以在系统设置中关闭 iCloud 或本应用的 iCloud 权限。
5. Screen Time / 应用白名单
如果您使用“专注白名单”或相关限制功能，本应用可能会请求 Screen Time / FamilyControls 权限， 以便您选择在专注期间允许使用的应用。
应用选择数据主要由系统管理。本应用仅用于实现您主动开启的专注辅助功能， 不会将您的应用白名单出售或用于广告目的。
6. 位置与天气
如果您启用天气功能，本应用可能会请求位置权限，以显示当地天气信息。 位置信息仅用于天气展示和相关建议，不会用于广告追踪。
您可以随时在系统设置中关闭位置权限。关闭后，天气相关功能可能无法正常显示。
7. 通知、声音与震动
本应用可能使用通知、声音、震动或 Apple Watch 触觉反馈来提醒您开始专注、休息、呼吸或完成练习。 您可以在应用设置或系统设置中关闭相关功能。
本应用内置的自然声音资源仅用于播放背景音，不会收集您的录音或麦克风内容。
8. 我们如何使用信息
- 提供呼吸练习、番茄钟专注、任务管理、自然声音和统计功能。
- 生成您的个人统计数据，例如今日专注时长、呼吸次数、热力图和趋势图。
- 在您的设备之间同步数据，减少记录丢失。
- 根据您的设置提供动画、声音、震动和通知提醒。
9. 数据存储与安全
本应用的数据主要存储在您的设备本地。如果您启用 iCloud，同步数据会通过 Apple 的 iCloud 服务在您的设备之间同步。
我们会尽合理努力保护您的数据安全，但请理解，没有任何电子存储或传输方式可以保证绝对安全。
10. 第三方服务
本应用当前不向第三方广告平台出售您的个人信息，也不使用您的个人数据进行跨应用广告追踪。
如果未来接入崩溃报告、统计分析、订阅支付、云服务或付费资源包等第三方服务， 我们会在本隐私政策中更新说明。
11. 付费资源包
如果未来本应用提供付费音频、冥想内容或资源包，购买流程可能通过 Apple App Store 内购系统完成。 支付信息由 Apple 处理，本应用不会直接获取您的银行卡号、支付密码等敏感支付信息。
12. 您的选择与权利
- 您可以在系统设置中关闭 HealthKit、通知、位置、Screen Time 等权限。
- 您可以在应用内删除或修改部分任务、记录和设置。
- 您可以关闭 iCloud 同步，或在 iCloud 设置中管理相关数据。
- 您可以卸载应用以删除设备本地保存的数据。

13. 数据保留与删除
除非您主动删除，专注、呼吸、任务、设置和统计记录可能会保存在您的设备或 iCloud 中， 以便您长期查看个人记录和趋势。
如果您删除应用，本地数据通常会被系统删除；如果您开启了 iCloud，同步数据可能仍保留在您的 iCloud 中， 具体取决于 Apple 的 iCloud 设置和系统行为。

Welcome to BreathPom, also known as 呼吸番茄. We value your privacy. The app is designed primarily for local use and optional iCloud sync. We do not create user accounts, do not actively collect information that identifies you, and do not sell your personal data.
1. Information Stored by the App
The app mainly stores data generated by your own use, so it can show records, statistics, and sync them across your own devices. This may include:
- Focus records, such as duration, start time, end time, and completed cycles.
- Breathing records, such as breathing pattern, practice duration, and cycles.
- Tasks and focus tasks, such as title, notes, category, estimated duration, and completion status.
- Reflection or notes that you voluntarily enter.
- App settings, such as theme, accent color, default breathing pattern, sound, haptics, notifications, and language settings.
- Profile data, such as avatar and nickname.
- Health-related data, such as heart rate, only after you explicitly authorize Apple Health / HealthKit access.
2. HealthKit and Health Data
If you authorize the app to access Apple Health / HealthKit, the app may read health data such as heart rate to provide personal feedback during breathing exercises, focus sessions, Apple Watch sessions, or statistics.
Health data is used only for in-app functionality, session records, personal statistics, and state feedback. We do not sell health data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties without your consent.
You can disable the app’s access to health data at any time in the Health app or system settings.
3. Apple Watch Integration
When you use breathing or focus features on Apple Watch, related session records may be synced to your iPhone so that you can view statistics, trends, and history on your phone.
Data transfer between Apple Watch and iPhone is handled through Apple system capabilities. The app does not actively send this data to third-party advertising platforms.
4. iCloud Sync
To reduce the risk of data loss when you change devices, reinstall the app, or use iPhone, Mac, and Apple Watch together, the app may use iCloud through your Apple ID to sync certain data.
Synced data may include:
- Focus tasks and to-do data.
- Focus records, breathing records, sleep or relaxation records.
- User settings, avatar, and nickname.
- In-app backup data.
iCloud data is processed and protected by Apple’s iCloud services. The app does not have access to your Apple ID password. You may disable iCloud or the app’s iCloud access in system settings.
5. Screen Time / App Whitelist
If you use the focus whitelist or related restriction features, the app may request Screen Time / FamilyControls permissions so that you can choose which apps are allowed during focus sessions.
App selection data is primarily managed by the system. The app uses it only to provide focus assistance features you enable. We do not sell your app whitelist data or use it for advertising.
6. Location and Weather
If you enable weather features, the app may request location permission to display local weather information. Location data is used only for weather display and related suggestions, not for advertising tracking.
You can disable location access at any time in system settings. Weather-related features may not work properly after permission is disabled.
7. Notifications, Audio, and Haptics
The app may use notifications, audio, haptics, or Apple Watch tactile feedback to remind you to focus, rest, breathe, or complete a session. You can disable these features in the app settings or system settings.
Built-in natural sound resources are used only for background audio playback. The app does not record audio or collect microphone content.
8. How We Use Information
- To provide breathing exercises, Pomodoro focus, task management, natural sounds, and statistics.
- To generate personal statistics such as daily focus time, breathing count, heatmaps, and trend charts.
- To sync data across your devices and reduce the risk of data loss.
- To provide animations, audio, haptics, and notifications according to your settings.
9. Data Storage and Security
Most app data is stored locally on your device. If iCloud is enabled, synced data may be transferred across your devices through Apple’s iCloud services.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Third-Party Services
The app does not sell your personal information to third-party advertising platforms and does not use your personal data for cross-app advertising tracking.
If we introduce crash reporting, analytics, subscription payments, cloud services, paid content packs, or other third-party services in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
11. Paid Resource Packs
If the app offers paid audio, meditation content, or resource packs in the future, purchases may be processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Payment information is handled by Apple. The app does not directly collect sensitive payment information such as bank card numbers or payment passwords.
12. Your Choices and Rights
- You may disable HealthKit, notifications, location, Screen Time, and other permissions in system settings.
- You may delete or modify certain tasks, records, and settings within the app.
- You may disable iCloud sync or manage related data in iCloud settings.
- You may uninstall the app to remove locally stored data from your device.
- You may contact us for privacy-related requests or questions.
13. Data Retention and Deletion
Unless you delete it, focus, breathing, task, settings, and statistics data may remain on your device or in iCloud so that you can view long-term records and trends.
If you delete the app, locally stored data is generally removed by the system. If iCloud is enabled, synced data may remain in your iCloud depending on Apple’s iCloud settings and system behavior.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy due to product changes, legal requirements, or service adjustments. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
